Tasting Notes

A swirl of coastal smoke and hedgerow fruits rises from the glass, where sweet peat embers meet ripe red cherries. The nose is bright yet indulgent, where crisp green apple meets the richness of dates and warm brown sugar, lifted by tangy orange marmalade. On the palate the Moscatel cask's influence becomes apparent, unfolding layers of golden sultanas, caramelised nuts, and nutmeg-dusted stone fruits, all enveloped in a silky, honeyed texture. The finish lingers with echoes of dried fruits, a final encore of nutmeg, and a whisper of sweet cherries. A harmonious interplay of vibrant freshness and deep, rounded sweetness.
