Tasting Notes
The nose greets you with raisins and dark chocolate, underpinned by a rich and malty backbone. On the palate, caramelised brown sugar and ripe cherries unfold, gracefully balanced by a touch of leather and oak. The finish is elegantly prolonged, a gentle fade of sweet Sherry influences mingling with the distinctive, spicy undertones of ginger and black pepper.
