Distillery
The distillery lies above the gently rolling barley fields of the Yorkshire Wolds – a landscape of juicy barley grains and rich biodiversity, which showcase the fertility of this beautiful area. This family-owned distillery grows all its own grain and, using the finest Scottish Forsyth stills, has been making sweet, soft Single Malt since 2016. A malt with purpose and an idiosyncratic style, lovingly exemplifying Yorkshire’s spirit.
Jonny says: “The first of four English Single Malts to be bottled this year, and the first ever English Single Malt bottled by BB&R. A nice little piece of our history, which is happily an excellent dram also!”
