Distilled in Speyside, a small region in the middle of Scotland famous for its whisky production.

The spirit was selected for its Cereal & Fruity style, making it the perfect match for long maturation in the finest Oloroso Sherry Butts delivering a delicate balance of Sweetness & Spice.

After 12 years of maturation our Spirits Curator, Felix Dear, selects the finest casks to marry in small batches.

Tasting Notes

This full, deep, and brooding whisky possesses a wonderfully rich texture, each sip offering a well-balanced and heartwarming experience that captivates the senses.  Aromas of sun-dried fruits meld with baking spices. The palate is an exploration of richness, layers of spiced fruit cake and honey toast, hints of brown sugar, orange & dark chocolate add complexity on the finish.
